Savory ricotta-based pie with our delicious Ambrosina sauce

Ingredients

  • A roll of round puff pastry

  • A jar of Ambrosina sauce

  • Parmesan

  • 1 egg

  • Ricotta 250 ml

Preparation

Roll out the pastry and place it in a cake tin

Pierce the bottom of the pastry with a fork

Drain the Ambrosina sauce and mix it with the ricotta, parmesan and egg yolk. Add a pinch of salt and pepper

fill the pastry and close the edges to cover 90% of the sauce. Brush the pastry with the leftover egg white.

Bake at 180° for 20 minutes
