The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from centuries-old olive trees located on a farm with

slight slope and exposure to the East.

The olives are cold pressed within 4 hours of harvesting.

Once obtained, the oil is filtered and stored in silos

temperature-controlled stainless steel.

Verdello is an "orphan" cultivar, whose diffusion in Sicily is

limited to some areas of the province of Messina. Our

commitment to the protection of this rare native variety has been

recognized in 2020 by the SlowFood olive trees presidium

centuries-old. The production of this precious oil is followed with

scrupulously and strictly limited to excellent vintages,

ensuring superior quality and experience

unique sensorial. The circulation is limited to 300 bottles per year.
