Recipe

Veal slices in white wine, artichokes and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 400 g of veal slices

  • White wine 1 glass

  • Artichokes 240 ml

  • Mushrooms 240 ml

  • Butter to taste

  • White flour to taste

  • Vegetable broth 1 glass

Preparation

Flour the veal slices

Melt the butter, dip the slices and brown them on both sides. Blend with white wine. Add the vegetable broth. At this point add the artichokes and mushrooms and leave to cook over a very low heat for 30 minutes.

The dish is ready to be enjoyed perhaps accompanied by a soft mashed potato!
